What is The Relax‑N‑Breathe Method?

 A Hybrid of Meditation & Self‑Hypnosis for Calm & Clarity:  


The Relax-N-Breathe Method is a therapeutic, healthy practice designed to support both the conscious and subconscious mind.


It blends the time-honored principles of meditation with the focused power of self-hypnosis into one seamless, accessible experience.


At its foundation is a simple yet powerful hypnotic induction centered on the phrase:


Relax-N-Breathe.

Whenever you hear, see, or repeat 

Relax-N-Breathe, 

your body gently moves into a state of calm.


The nervous system begins to settle. 

The mind softens. 

Stress gently releases.


From this relaxed state, meditation unfolds organically as awareness centers on the experience of peace itself.

The purpose of the method is simple yet profound:


To retrain the mind and body to respond with relaxation rather than stress.

the 5 Mental Domains provide a structured framework

 for engaging the mind intentionally:


  1. Relax – Release tension and ease your mind.
  2. Breathe – Use your breath to center yourself.
  3. Observe – Notice thoughts, feelings, and surroundings.
  4. Question – Reflect with curiosity to gain insight.
  5. See – Understand situations with clarity and calm.


Together, these domains form a repeatable framework that trains the mind to shift from stress toward steady focus and grounded presence.


Each domain comes alive through guided videos, providing practical, step-by-step instruction to bring the practice into daily life.

Focus: Shoulders, Hands, Face, Gut

 Focus: Breathe in through the nose, Out the mouth, With the diaphragm.

Use your breath as a tool to center yourself. Conscious breathing settles racing thoughts, regulates emotions, and sharpens focus.

Even a few mindful breaths can lower blood pressure and leave you feeling grounded, steady, and present, no matter what is happening around you.

Focus: Notice thoughts, emotions, and sensations

Everything occurring inside you and around you is an event.
And every event has a rising and falling nature.


This continual arising and dissolving happens because everything in our universe is temporary and always changing. Nothing remains fixed.


It is healthier to observe this reality rather than cling to how you wish things would be.

 Focus: Recognize reality as it is

Reality contains positive, negative, and neutral elements...

and so do we. 

Our emotional experience moves through these three tones.


When you observe reality from a neutral state, you create space. From that space, you can clearly see and understand both the positive and negative aspects of any situation.

Neutral awareness is not indifference. It is balance. 

It is steadiness.


From balance, you see the light of reality.
